EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Emergency Executive Session to consider Legal Advice and possible action related to: the decision of the Arizona Supreme Court in the case of Arizona Public Integrity Alliance, Inc. v. Adrian Fontes, Fran McCarroll, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Steve Chucri, Bill G ates and Steve Gallardo in their official capacities, CV-20-0253-AP/EL. The emergency is due to the decision of the Supreme Court in this case, and the need to receive legal advice and possibly provide direction related to the mail-in ballots for the 2020 general election in order to meet mailing deadlines.
