A motion was made by Councilmember Joyce Clark, seconded by Vice Mayor Ian Hugh to
adopt Ordinance No. O21-40.
Councilmember Turner was happy to see the removal of residential from the property. He
wanted to make sure that the development included recurring General Fund revenue as it
was developed.
