Scottsdale, for the purpose of changing the zoning on the “District Map” to zoning approved in
Case No. 20-ZN-2002#5 to amend the existing Planned Community District (P-C) zoning with
comparable Planned Regional Center (PRC) zoning for the purpose of amending the regulations,
including amendments to the One Scottsdale amended development standards (density), and
development plan and land use budget for a mixed-use development, including residential,
commercial, and hotel on a ±27-acre portion of ±130-acre site.
2. Adopt Resolution No. 13620 declaring “One Scottsdale April 2026 Development Plan” to be a
public record on file in the office of the City Clerk.

1. Resolution No. 13677 authorizing use of funds from the Tourism Development Fund for events

a formal policy that provides for optional cancer screenings for firefighters every 36 months and up till

Sections 14-20 through 14-24; and authorizing or approving, as applicable, certain salary
adjustments included in the Final Budget for City employees and Charter Officers and setting the
salaries of the Presiding Judge and Associate Judges.
2. Adopt Ordinance No. 4713 approving the Capital Improvement Plan for the period beginning July
1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2031.
