On November 16, 2016, the Board of Supervisors approved revisions to the current FY 2017-2021 five-year Transportation Improvement Program to consolidate and better design projects within appropriation units. Expenditures that had previously been posted to the General Ledger before the budget adjustment was approved cannot be aligned after the fact to the revised appropriation units in the financial system. Therefore, the FY 2017 expenditure appropriation for Fund 234 needs to be budgeted at the fund level. (C-64-17-046-M-01)
